I went to the Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006 at Chiang-Mai with my school. It’s very big project of Thailand because it was made for The King of Thailand’s 60 year reign. It has many strange and beautiful flowers and trees. Some flowers and trees at that come from another country. My favorite zone is cactus’s zone. It has many types of cactus. It’s the most interesting zone.
Scuba Diving in Phuket

On my holiday I went to Racha Island with my family. I went there by speedboat. This Island is in the south of Phuket. I went snorkeling and scuba diving with my father. Racha Island is very beautiful with a nice beach with beautiful white sand. The water here is clear and prefect for snorkeling.
The Horticultural Exhibition.

I went to Chiang-Mai for my school trip, I went there because of the horticultural exhibition that opened on November 1, 2006. It opened because we want to celebrate the king’s reign of 60 years, but I went there on November 3, 2006. When I arrived there it was very wide, big and lots of people like ants. There are many kinds of flowers and trees that I have never seen before. I like roses, tulips and cactuses the most because they were beautiful and the cactuses were cute. It made me understand the many different kinds of flowers and trees. It was hot and very tiring because I walked all day, but it was fun. In the last week of this summer I went to Chiang Mai. I like the Hall Of Opium very much; it has many interesting points of history and information and the history of opium in Thailand: Number of people who smoke opium, types of pipes and the dangers of smoking opium. It was very educational and made me understand why you shouldn’t do drugs.
My golf competition

This summer, there was a golf competition. It was a big competition in Thailand. It was in Rachaburi at the Dragon Hill Golf Course. The competition’s name was the Majestic Creek Amateur Master. If I won this competition I could have a scholarship. I competed for four days. I was so tired as I walked all day and carried a golf bag but it was a very good experience. I learned how to control my mind and emotions while I’m playing golf.
My good trip to the Royal Flora Festival 2006

I felt so excited when my holiday begun. I was on the bus number 4 and we were traveling to the north of Thailand for the Royal Flora Festival 2006.
When I arrived at the Royal Flora Festival 2006 the first thing that the guide told us was “please be careful. There are lots of people here, you can get lost with your friend.” I know that is true. First me and my friend walked to the tent of glorify the King. This tent is very interesting because they have a cinema showing the activities of His Majesty the King.
It was very exciting when I was in the tent of cold plants, desert plant it has got many plants that I don’t know. I think the Royal Flora Festival is very interesting. If you don’t believe me, come to Chiang-Mai, Thailand, you’ll have a good experience here.
Vegetarian Festival

Here in Phuket, we have many festivals. On October, we have Vegetarian Festival it happens from 22 October to 30 October. Many people in Phuket believe that some Chinese angels came down to the earth to see what was going on in the world. People who want to give respect to the angels have to be a vegetarian during the festival, and have to pray for the vegetarian-promise. They can get some vegetarian foods from the Chinese temple at meal times. We believe that if the guys who can be a vegetarian for 9 days, then they will have good luck. Many people will pierce their skin with objects during the festival, this can be strange

Chaing Mai has been selected for The Royal Flora Ratchapruek 2006. The exposition started on the 1st November 2006. Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006 represents Thai people creating one of the world’s most beautiful international plants exposition in order to express the love and respect for their Beloved King. Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006 is organized to present the world plants of over 2,200 species plants and flowers. 2,500,000 plants in total have been planted on the land and ready for the visitor to be proud of them.

On my holiday. I went to Chaing-Mai with my school. First day I went to Ayutdhaya, and checked in at Ayutdhaya hotel. Second I went to Payao. Then I went Srinakaritdra the pricess mother school Payao. I slept in this school. and looked around the school. The third day I went to Chaing-Rai and I bought something in the market near Burma. I checked in at Buakam resort. On the fourth day I went to Chaing-Mai.I went to The Royal Flora Ratchapruek 2006, this was a very beautiful garden and flower show.

This summer I went to Chiang-Mai with my school and my friends. In Chiang-Mai there are many things, it’s more fantastic than Phuket because Chiang-Mai is bigger than Phuket. Doi-Tung is a mountain in Chiang-Mai, it’s many kind of flowers and in each kind of flower very beautiful. Now in Chiang-Mai has Royal Flora Festival, 2006. I went to Chang-Mai with my school trip, Chang-Mai is in the north of Thailand .Today Chang-Mai is very beautiful, because It has been selected to have the Royal Flora Show.The first day we went to Ayuthdaya and the ancient temples. The second day we went to Payao to the Chalermprakait School The Princess Mother Schoo, it has the same name as our school. The third day we went to Chang-Rai, in the north west of Thailand. On the forth we went to the The Royal Flora Ratchapruek 2006, we spent time looking round the gardens. Finally on the last day we came back to school with a happy but tired face.

Pupils get a lot of homework every day.
We can have lunch in the school canteen. It’s cheap.
Extra school activities usually start after classes. The school has an excellent Dancing club.

My name is Shenae Hodge I live in Victoria Australia and I attend a school called Kurnai College and it is in a small town called Churchill. I am 15 years of age. I have brown hair with bits of blonde in it. I have 2 best friends and their names are Nikki and Kim, they all attend this school as well. We start school at 8:30am and we finish at 2:50pm. At school our main subjects are English, Maths, Science and SOSE everybody in the school has to take part in those classes, we also have course selection which is where we choose more classes that we would like to participate in.
Out school is good at sports, arts, music and other academic subjects.
We do not have any after school clubs to enjoy after school.
Our food in our canteen is a whole heap of different stuff like pies, hotdogs, chicken burgers and we have some lollies and drinks, we also have cakes and cookies.
We are able to leave school at the age of 15.
We do not sing our national anthem every day.
My opinion about school is that it is a great opportunity to learn new things and make new friends, although it gets annoying going to school everyday.

Our school is very small it only has about 300 students. We have a school uniform of a polo shirt that has to be Moron or white we have to where blue shorts or pants. Our school always competes in sports competitions like football, basketball, soccer, hockey and netball. We start school at 8:30 and finish at 3:30.our school has a couple of clubs the air cadets and the cordial club. In the air cadets you go to the local airport and learn about planes and in cordial club you catch up with work.
We do not have any Thai students at our school but we have a lot of other nationalities. I do not particularly like school, but some subjects I enjoy like PE, English and maths. At our school you can leave at the age of 15 but you won’t have a good enough education to get a good job. That’s me >>

Hi my name is Nikola Brighton, I’m 15 years old. I go to a school in the Latrobe Valley called Kurnai College. Our school is very small because it only consists of about 320 students, in the whole school. I’m currently studying in year 9, we study English, Science, Math, Sose, Arts and Sport. Our school day starts at 8:30 am and finishes at 2:50 pm. My school is good at sports because we’re all pretty athletic, we love to go to our sports day and doing our P.E physical education. These are our subjects that everyone has to do. Our school has about 300 to 350 students. Our school has all year levels from year 7 to year 10. We have to go across the road to go to year 11 and 12.
We leave school at the age of 15, which is our age now. Many students go to university as a far as I know. We do not sing our national anthem everyday. We have one assembly once a month. I have never even thought of changing the school in any way. Our school is not the best school around but I suppose the teachers teach us things that we take in. We have about 25 - 30 teachers that are mostly at our school everyday. Our food is ok at our school canteen. We do have clubs after school hours but I have never gone to any. History of an institution
HISTORY OF OUR INSTITUTION
After several problems to open the institute it was finally founded on December 29th, 1978 by Leslie Casnodyn Rhys.
In 1979, the first year started with 17 students, with a timetable which went from 6pm to 10.30pm that allowed students who worked to start a career.
In 1982 despite the fact that the institute did not have the support of the state, with the teachers and staff’s effort, the institution continued working and the first group was able to graduate.
In 1991 after a long disease, the teacher and founder of IPPI died. Being this hard for the whole institution, because he was a good and kind man whose faith, honesty and perseverance were models to follow.
After this, his daughter, Lorena E. Rhys, started working as the new headmistress of the institute, with the collaboration of Sara Criado de Muñoz, the secretary and the entire staff being able to continue with the institute.

Akshay Pratishthan School
About Us
Akshay Pratishthan was established in 1988, with the objective of creating voluntary opportunities and providing rehabilitative services for persons with disability. As a organization, Akshay is offering rehabilitative services through integrated education, medical care, vocational training and self - employment. While the school is imparting education to integrated group of equal number of able bodied and physically challenged, from Nursery to Class VIII, the medical care units are rendering full support in providing aids and appliances, yoga and nature cure, therapeutic services and education for children with special needs. We have a team of professionals working in our rehabilitation unit providing therapy and arranging surgery for our school children as well as people from the local community.
The provision of mobility aids, specially designed accessible transport and necessary teaching and learning material has gone a long way in enabling the persons with disability at Akshay.

Akshay Pratishthan was established in 1988, with the objective of creating voluntary opportunities and providing rehabilitative services for persons with disability. As a organization, Akshay is offering rehabilitative services through integrated education, medical care, vocational training and self - employment. While the school is imparting education to integrated group of equal number of able bodied and physically challenged, from Nursery to Class VIII, the medical care units are rendering full support in providing aids and appliances, yoga and nature cure, therapeutic services and education for children with special needs. We have a team of professionals working in our rehabilitation unit providing therapy and arranging surgery for our school children as well as people from the local community.
The provision of mobility aids, specially designed accessible transport and necessary teaching and learning material has gone a long way in enabling the persons with disability at Akshay.

Zarina : My School, Your School is a wonderful
project for me because I just this year
came to Florida from Ghana. I found a
beautiful campus with friendly people who
celebrate diversity. I am in fifth grade,
and my forty-five classmates are divided
among three homerooms. I love the small
classes - - - fifteen per room.
Samantha : I’m in the fifth grade too, and my mother
teaches kindergarten at our school. I also
have a brother in third grade. Our school
is in a rural area with sixty acres of land.
The great part about that is that the campus
adjoins a protected wetlands. That means
our only neighbors will always be nature’s own.
Olivia: I am in first grade, and I have a sister in the
pre-kindergarten four-year-old class. We even
have classes for three-year-olds. In our building
the oldest classes are fifth graders, and for
this project seven of them have partners from
my class.
Ashley: Girls in my fifth grade class outnumber the
boys two to one, but in the fourth grade it is just
the opposite. We wear uniforms - - navy shorts or
slacks with red polo shirts on Monday, Wednesday
or Friday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we wear
our dress uniforms because we have Chapel.
Hannah: Next year, when I’m in sixth grade, I move
to another part of the campus for Middle School.
We change classes this year for science and
math, but in Middle School there are six blocks
of time and several different buildings. Our
school year runs from mid-August through mid-
May, and we divide it into four quarters with grade
reports at the end of each.
Bailey H: I’m in fifth grade, and my sister Connor, who is
in first grade, is on the My School, Your School
team too. We do projects like this one in our
enrichment classes where two different grade
levels form partnerships. Our school is college
preparatory, and altogether there are about
700 students.
Bailey L: In first grade my class has time after lunch to
play on the playground. We have swings, climbing
and swinging bars, beams and ball fields. We have
a covered patio, so we can even play outside when
it rains. It never snows where we live.
Sydney: My fifth grade class just had a field trip to
Kennedy Space Center, which is a two hour bus
ride from our school. All classes take field
trips during the year, and we also have times
when we celebrate off campus, such as the
pool party for students who complete their
summer reading.
Hannah: I’m in first grade, and we are looking forward
to a week off for Spring Break the week after
next. It is beautiful weather here this time of
year, and outside we can smell the orange blossoms.
In the summer it gets very hot, so most of the
tourists come to Florida in the winter.
Samantha: School at All Saints’ Academy is always interesting
In my fifth grade class there are students from
Winter Haven, which is the closest city, but also from
Lakeland, Lake Wales, Bartow, and Auburndale. Buses
go to all of those places to pick up students, but most
people come by car. Some of us stay after school for
clubs, like technology, chess, Mad Science, or dance.
Ms. Stewart: This is an amazing group of eleven young ladies, and
they are working hard to put together a book about
their school. We also look forward to reading books
from other schools and learning about their lives.

Jirawat Kuramakanok. My School
Here is my school’s name ChalemprakiatsomdetprasrinakarinPhuket School. In Thailand we have many special days such as The King’s birthday celebration and the Queen’s Birthday celebration. In My school have a special uniform. This special uniform we will use for special days. We have another uniform wee call it a Semi-Uniform. This uniform we use every Monday. I think that both of them are good. They make us look smart when we wear them. In addition, this uniform is useful for giving respect to The King and The Royal family.
Akkarachai Sae-Lee. my school
There are many kinds of sports in my school; western sports such as baseball and basketball. For me I like Thai sports, such as Ta-kraw. In the old days Ta-kraw was played in Myanmar. Thailand and Myanmar sometimes are friend; sometimes they are enemies; that’s why Ta-kraw came to Thailand. There are two teams in Ta-kraw. Each team has three people. They must kick the Ta-kraw ball across the net. It’s easy to play Ta-kraw because the players don’t run much; only a few players play; and you need only one referee. It can use the same field as basketball field. When I was a little boy I followed my father to watchhim playing Ta-kraw. So I like Ta-kraw; the most im portent reason is that Ta-kraw is cheap and easily to buy it and play.
Pasakorn Udomniyom. My school
“GO” is the name given to a board game that looks like chess. It came from China about 3500 year ago. Now “GO” is very well known in Thailand. On Sunday 13th August 2006, I went to Wuhan in China. I visited schools, universities and a shopping centre. I am a young “GO” ambassador, because of this, I have to help to make good relationships with other countries through “GO” competitions, in what we call “Go tournament for Chinese around the world.” I’m very proud of myself, because I can make my school very well known because of this activity. I won some games and the person that I beat is not a beginner but, he is the first dan.
Phusin Temmas. My school
In my school there a lot of mangroveforests. It very beautiful. I think it’s beautiful because it has different kinds of plants and animals. For example, crabs , fish , insect ,bird and monkey. We have the way to walk in the mangrove forest. In free we can go to mangrove forest. We have an environment club. We study about protecting the mangrove forest. In this forest we have an animal which we call Mae-Hop. This animal lives only in excellent mangrove forest. If you like mangrove forest you can come to see here.

My school has a different study program. It’s MLP. (Multi Language Program). This program teaches by use of 3 important languages. There are English, Chinese and Thai. English and Chinese languages are taught by teachers from another country and Thai is taught by Thai teachers. They teach very well. We love them. The MLP. has many activities for example, MLP. relationship etc.
it exciting and lots of fun. All our class rooms have air-conditioning. The MLP. has E-learning. It’s different thing for other school. E-learning is a program to study English or Chinese by using a computer. It’s very good for all students. “First project of my life” I managed it on last year when I was M.3. I had a project called “Relationship between Junior & Senior” I was project manager of this project. First I met with all staff and all teachers, the topic was “What can we do to make activities fun and contain benefit” We got more ideas from everybody. We began to write a proposal to send to the school director. We changed it many times; at last director signed her name to approve it.
We had it at boat lagoon resort. We had many games for everybody for example Balloon battle, Matrix and singing. When this day is finished all staffs were very impressed.

My school’s name is ChalermpragiedsomdejPrasrinagarin Phuket school. This name is the name of Princess Mother of Thailand. The Department of Elementary Education established Chalermpragiedsomdej Prasrinagarin school in memory of divining grace of Princess Mother. It has 12 schools in Thailand. I want to tell you about the Princess Mother.
In Thailand the Princess Mother was affectionatelyCalled Somdej Ya. Her formal name and title were Somdej Prasrinakarindra Boromarajajonani. Somdej Ya was born on the 21 October 1900 in thon buri as a commoner. Her given name was Sangwal. By the time she became nine years old , her parents had already died. However before that, she was entered into the service of Princess Valaya Alongkorn. In 1920, Somdej Ya married with Mahidol Adulyadej, Prince of Songkhla, son of king Chulalongkorn. They had three children :
- Galyani Vadhana (born in 1923)
- Ananda Mahidol (born in 1925, later became King, Rama VII)
- Bhumibol Adulyadej (born in 1927, later became King, Rama IX)
Somdej Ya was actively involved with numerous charitable activities . She gave donation to help build school in remote areas. She also set up the Princess Mother's Fund to help support various charitable activities. She passed away on July 18 1995, at the age of 94.

My school is called “Chalermprakiat Somdetprasrinakarin Phuket”. It’s located in Phuket town, Phuket, Thailand. There are two dormitories in my school, one is the male-dormitory and other is the female-dormitory. However, all students in my school don’t have to board, they can choose what they want. In addition, most of boarding students live very far from the school such as in another city or another province. It makes students get more “closer” to the school, creates a strong relationship between students and the school. Thus, it will be very easy for my development and character. For me, I’m not a boarding student because I live not very far from the school. Anyway, I really love my school.

…..Relationship between junior and senior Camp…..
This activity is about to tighten the relationship between junior students and senior students in the Multi Language Program. This year the camp was created by the senior students and of course I was the one who organized the camp too. The camp was on the 22nd July 2006 and the 23rd July 2006. The camp was great, the junior students enjoyed all the activities that we organized. Some activities made them laugh and some activities made them cry because of they had been touched. We believe that after the camp the students would be proud and this camp would be a good experience for every student.
Ahreum Kang. My school
In my school we have sports day on August 1st- 2nd for 3 days. Before sports day we have to practice cheering. On the first day, we have to cheer half a day at school. Second day, we have to cheer all day at school. Third day, we have to cheer at the gym (outside school).
On sports day we have to separate into each color. They have 5 colors: green, blue, pink. purple and yellow. Each color has it’s own Parade to walk from school to the stadium. They have to dress-up for this Parade.
Our school has many sports to choose on sports day such as badminton, valley ball, football, GO, batong and basketball, etc. Basketball is the most popular in my school. So, most of my friends play basketball and they play very well, I think.
I had to cheer my color(green) I was very tired but it was fun when we cheered sportsman they will power-up to play sports and what about your school, Do they have a sports day and what sports do they have.

I study many subjects in my school for example maths, physics, biology, chemistry, geography, English, computer studies and health. My favourite subject is physics, because physics can be applied in daily life. Some teachers come from the University to teaches. In my school we have a biology room, a physics room, chemistry room and in each room there is lots of equipment. In the biology room we have a telescope. In the chemistry room we have many chemical elements. In the physic room we have many theories about physics. I study 8 hours per day and I have 2 hours for sport time. I like to play foot ball in my free time. I’m happy when I’m learning new things.

My school has a mangrove forest around us, thus we have an Environment Club which has activities on how to solve the problem about the environment. If you like sport we have Table Tennis Club, Go Club (a board game), and we have Computer Club too. My friends tell me this club teaches you how to use computer and the internet. For people who love music we have Thai Music Club and Band Club for public, but they are very loud.
Here is my school’s name ChalemprakiatsomdetprasrinakarinPhuket School. In Thailand we have many special days such as The King’s birthday celebration and the Queen’s Birthday celebration. In My school have a special uniform. This special uniform we will use for special days. We have another uniform wee call it a Semi-Uniform. This uniform we use every Monday. I think that both of them are good. They make us look smart when we wear them. In addition, this uniform is useful for giving respect to The King and The Royal family.
Akkarachai Sae-Lee. my school
There are many kinds of sports in my school; western sports such as baseball and basketball. For me I like Thai sports, such as Ta-kraw. In the old days Ta-kraw was played in Myanmar. Thailand and Myanmar sometimes are friend; sometimes they are enemies; that’s why Ta-kraw came to Thailand. There are two teams in Ta-kraw. Each team has three people. They must kick the Ta-kraw ball across the net. It’s easy to play Ta-kraw because the players don’t run much; only a few players play; and you need only one referee. It can use the same field as basketball field. When I was a little boy I followed my father to watchhim playing Ta-kraw. So I like Ta-kraw; the most im portent reason is that Ta-kraw is cheap and easily to buy it and play.
Pasakorn Udomniyom. My school
“GO” is the name given to a board game that looks like chess. It came from China about 3500 year ago. Now “GO” is very well known in Thailand. On Sunday 13th August 2006, I went to Wuhan in China. I visited schools, universities and a shopping centre. I am a young “GO” ambassador, because of this, I have to help to make good relationships with other countries through “GO” competitions, in what we call “Go tournament for Chinese around the world.” I’m very proud of myself, because I can make my school very well known because of this activity. I won some games and the person that I beat is not a beginner but, he is the first dan.
Phusin Temmas. My school
In my school there a lot of mangroveforests. It very beautiful. I think it’s beautiful because it has different kinds of plants and animals. For example, crabs , fish , insect ,bird and monkey. We have the way to walk in the mangrove forest. In free we can go to mangrove forest. We have an environment club. We study about protecting the mangrove forest. In this forest we have an animal which we call Mae-Hop. This animal lives only in excellent mangrove forest. If you like mangrove forest you can come to see here.
Piyaphen Prasopnet. My school
My school has a different study program. It’s MLP. (Multi Language Program). This program teaches by use of 3 important languages. There are English, Chinese and Thai. English and Chinese languages are taught by teachers from another country and Thai is taught by Thai teachers. They teach very well. We love them. The MLP. has many activities for example, MLP. relationship etc.
it exciting and lots of fun. All our class rooms have air-conditioning. The MLP. has E-learning. It’s different thing for other school. E-learning is a program to study English or Chinese by using a computer. It’s very good for all students. It makes you practice listening, reading, speaking, writing, and grammar etc. I love my school very much. It’s very good for me. “First project of my life” I managed it on last year when I was M.3. I had a project called “Relationship between Junior & Senior” I was project manager of this project. First I met with all staff and all teachers, the topic was “What can we do to make activities fun and contain benefit” We got more ideas from everybody. We began to write a proposal to send to the school director. We changed it many times; at last director signed her name to approve it.
We had it at boat lagoon resort. We had many games for everybody for example Balloon battle, Matrix and singing. When this day is finished all staffs were very impressed.

My school’s name is ChalermpragiedsomdejPrasrinagarin Phuket school. This name is the name of Princess Mother of Thailand. The Department of Elementary Education established Chalermpragiedsomdej Prasrinagarin school in memory of divining grace of Princess Mother. It has 12 schools in Thailand. I want to tell you about the Princess Mother.
In Thailand the Princess Mother was affectionatelyCalled Somdej Ya. Her formal name and title were Somdej Prasrinakarindra Boromarajajonani. Somdej Ya was born on the 21 October 1900 in thon buri as a commoner. Her given name was Sangwal. By the time she became nine years old , her parents had already died. However before that, she was entered into the service of Princess Valaya Alongkorn. In 1920, Somdej Ya married with Mahidol Adulyadej, Prince of Songkhla, son of king Chulalongkorn. They had three children :
- Galyani Vadhana (born in 1923)
- Ananda Mahidol (born in 1925, later became King, Rama VII)
- Bhumibol Adulyadej (born in 1927, later became King, Rama IX)
Somdej Ya was actively involved with numerous charitable activities . She gave donation to help build school in remote areas. She also set up the Princess Mother's Fund to help support various charitable activities. She passed away on July 18 1995, at the age of 94.

My school is called “Chalermprakiat Somdetprasrinakarin Phuket”. It’s located in Phuket town, Phuket, Thailand. There are two dormitories in my school, one is the male-dormitory and other is the female-dormitory. However, all students in my school don’t have to board, they can choose what they want. In addition, most of boarding students live very far from the school such as in another city or another province. It makes students get more “closer” to the school, creates a strong relationship between students and the school. Thus, it will be very easy for my development and character.
